paw We're a family of professional and reputable Aussiedoodle and Labradoodle Dog Breeders and we're located in Washington State on the Oregon border.

All our puppies are from healthy and genetically tested parents and come with a two year genetic health guarantee. Our puppies are some of the best Doodles you're going to find in this country. We are very confident in the puppies we produce in regards to health, coat and temperament.

Our motto: is to breed only the very best to the very best! We don't take shortcuts and we do it because we LOVE what we do and because we find joy in providing families with amazing dogs that change lives. It’s also fun and rewarding for us to hear the stories we receive from our families 2 weeks, 6 months, years later about how much they love their Dreamydoodles.

I will do Everything within my Power to breed you a Great Puppy, but it’s up to you to raise a Good Dog!

Our Standard MultiGen Labradoodles

Porter - Multigen Labradoodle

Porter - Multigen Labradoodle

Our Multigeneration Labradoodles are nothing short of amazing! There is no doubt in my mind that our bloodline which we've been developing for 5 generations now is one of the very best American Multigeneration Labradoodle bloodlines in regards to temperament and health that you're going to find in the United States. Our puppies also have beautiful silky fleece coats to die for. We do not inbred or line-breed and all our parent dogs have completed all the necessary genetic health testing.

We breed the American Labradoodle. There's only Standard Poodle and Labrador Retriever in our bloodline. We do not breed the Australian Labradoodle which is a hybrid mix of Poodle, Lab and Cocker Spaniel and sometimes other breeds as well like the Wheaten Terrier.

Our dogs are mellow, sweet, love water, kids and family life. Labradoodles make great companions and are extremely easy to train! We've had awesome feedback from our Labradoodle families over the years that has helped us to produce the best family companion possible. We breed for temperment, health, a proportionate medium sized square frame and coat quality.

Labradoodle General Appearance:

Must appear athletic and graceful with a compact body displaying substance with medium boning. Should not appear cloddy or heavy or overly fine boned. A distinctive feature of this breed is their coat, which is non-shedding and easy to manage.

Read more about the Labradoodle Breed Standard.

Labradoodle Temperament:

Extremely clever, sociable, comical, joyful, energetic when free and soft and quiet when handled. They should approach people in a happy and friendly manner, keen and easy to train. They should display an intuition about their family members or handler’s current emotional state or needs. This ability to “know” is what has made the Labradoodle an excellent dog for individuals with special needs.

Our Mini Aussiedoodles

Ziggy - Mini Aussiedoodle Puppy

Ziggy - Mini Aussiedoodle Puppy

We produce some of the cutest Mini Aussiedoodle puppies I've seen but that's not even the best thing about them. Their temperament is like no other. They are major lovers these small little dogs and love to be held "like babies" and I have been told this by more then a few of our families. They're just cuddle bugs. Not to mention incredibly smart, easy to train and great at agility! Unfortunately, we're not going to have any new litters of Mini Aussiedoodles until the middle of 2015! We will be retiring Molly this year but we did hold back one of her  beautiful little daughters "Maya" in hopes we can reproduce the magic that came from Molly and Concho in future litters.

Dreamydoodles is not a "Facility" or a "Kennel".. We're a Family.

We raise our puppies in our living room in a kiddie pool for the first 4 weeks of life, then they're free to run and play in the backyard during the day and are kept indoors at night. Most our puppies are doggy door trained by the time they go home.

Dreamydoodles Northwest is NOT A KENNEL
we do not have a "facility" we just have a regular family home with a large backyard and a small pack of happy dogs (4 dogs). We also have a guardian home program that allows us to expand our bloodlines without the use of kennels and all our dogs are raised in a loving family home for life.

We do not believe in raising dogs in kennels or dog runs... (which is sadly RARE in the dog breeding industry today).

Guardian ProgramHow it works & Why we do it

Dogs are not livestock.

Almost all dog breeders online will claim that they “raise their puppies underfoot” or “in a family atmosphere” and sometime this is very true and sometimes it's absolutely not.  Some dog breeders believe it’s perfectly acceptable to keep dogs and puppies like farmers keep livestock (cows, goats, pigs). They keep large numbers of dogs in kennels, chicken coops or in cramped makeshift living spaces for breeding purposes and then call themselves a kennel. Dogs are not livestock animals, these are domesticated companion animals who desire human affection and interaction more then anything in life!  It's so unfair  and cruel to treat them like you would a chicken or a cow. I don't even believe cows and chickens are treated humanly! It's all very disgusting how we treat our animals.

On the flip side of the coin.. I also want to point out that not ALL dog breeders are evil money grubbing villains who keep their dogs in cages. There are still some very responsible, compassionate and knowledgeable dog breeders who abhor puppy mills just as much as you.. maybe even more. So you're probably wondering why even bring all this up on my website? You've probably never seen another dog breeder even talk about this stuff. But WHY?

What is my point?

My point is... be careful who you support in the dog breeding industry. Do your research. Do not buy puppies from pet stores and find a breeder you can trust. Ask for references.

puppy-mills

http://www.thepuppymillproject.org/Dreamydoodles is NOT a Commercial Dog Breeder and we suggest you stay away from those who claim to be.. don't just believe me, do your own research look into commercial USDA inspected and licensed dog breeder facilities for yourself on Youtube. What that means is they have a kennel facility. Do you want a puppy that has been raised in a kennel? Think about the parents to that cute puppy.

Support in-home breeders not kennels.

It is not mandatory for Dreamydoodles Northwest to be USDA licensed because we only have 4 breeding dogs on our property and that is how it should be. You should only have as many dogs as you can care for in your home in a safe and clean environment.

Dogs deserve more than a cage.

Life Lessons we can learn from a dog

  • Live simply.
  • Love generously.
  • Care deeply.
  • Speak kindly.
  • When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
  • Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride..
  • Take naps.
  • Stretch before rising.
  • Run, romp, and play daily.
  • Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
  • Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
  • When you’re happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
  • Be loyal.
  • Never pretend to be something you’re not.
  • If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
  • When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.

A handful of puppy training tips..

A handful of puppy training tips.. New dog owners often have the same response after the first few weeks of intermittent sleep and random deposits on their floors when they get a new puppy:  “It’s like having a baby.”  In actuality, it’s like having a baby that can run. Raising a puppy is not easy, […]
